Please note: We are a very small store–only 2 girl’s work here and we will do our very best to get your package out to you as quickly as possible. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). You should expect to receive your merchandise within 3-10 business days.

USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex or UPS: We ship all orders as quickly as possible,
SlapBack is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces of nature or other uncontrollable events.



Do you ship internationally?

As of right now unfortunately we do not ship outside of the U.S.A



Return Policy:

IN STORE RETURN POLICY:

Items purchased in our brick & mortar location are eligible for store credit within 7 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please note that:
Sale, Flash Sale, and Discounted Items,Vintage, Bathing Suits, Lingerie, Jewelry, Personal Care Products, Custom Pieces, and Items that have received Alterations purchased in store and online are final sale. No Exceptions.


ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

Items purchased through our online store are eligible for return in the original form of payment provided we are notified within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds will not be given for items that are returned to us worn, washed, damaged, and/or used. Sale items,Discounted Items, Flash Sale Items, Vintage, Bathing Suits, Jewelry, Personal Care Items,Custom Items, Items that have received alterations, and Lingerie are final sale. Item must have all original tags attached. SlapBack will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling incurred with returns.
All shipping,handling, and incurred fees are nonrefundable.
SlapBack can deny a credit/refund if the merchandise returned does not meet the return policy requirements.

Inventory Availability:

SlapBack has a limited amount of inventory due to the size of our small storefront. Items purchased through the website may from time to time be out of stock. If such a case arises, you will be contacted via email and we will refund you or can choose to be updated when your item becomes available again. We will do our very best to accommodate you.
